Job Responsibilities

* Administer medications following MAP guidelines.
* Support individuals with daily living activities.
* Monitor and document client health and behavior.
* Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care.
* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with healthcare teams.
* Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Qualifications

* Current Massachusetts MAP Certification.
* High school diploma or GED.
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
* Reliable transportation.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
