Job Responsibilities

* Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
* Monitor and record vital signs.
* Help patients with mobility and transfers.
* Provide compassionate emotional support.
* Maintain accurate patient documentation.
* Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

* Active Massachusetts CNA Certification.
* Current CPR certification preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable transportation.
